Vacancy: Internal Control Specialist - Leading Specialist - Senior Specialist

Responibilities:

• Implementation of internal control in enterprises located in the regions and structural units of the head office;
• Assess the risks and impacts of deviations from existing policies and regulations of the Company, as well as the direction of activities;
• Assess the compliance of the company's activities with the requirements of internal rules and policies and deviations;
• Conducting internal investigations: Investigating the causes of violations of internal rules and policies;
• Making proposals to eliminate violations of internal rules and policies;
• Investigating incidents of violations of internal rules and policies;
• Submitting proposals on relevant topics, is closely involved in the preparation of reports and service reports;
• Taking measures to eliminate shortcomings;
• Based on the results of internal control measures, makes proposals to the management on improving the activities of the Company and increasing its efficiency, application of progressive and modern work processes.

Technical knowledge:

• Practical definition of control mechanisms and modern control structures knowledge;
• Knowledge of the existing internal normative documents of the company.

Competences and skills:

• Ability to communicate perfectly orally and in writing;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to work within a team;
• Accuracy, attention to detail, commitment to transparency.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics (finance and auditing are preferred);
• At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control;
• Highly effective oral and written communication in the Azerbaijani language, including active listening, ability to present findings and suggestions;
• Russian and English are desirable;
• Microsoft Office and other programs;
• Practical knowledge of risk management, control mechanisms and modern control structures;
• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with teammates and other staff, to operate effectively in a professional team environment;
• Accuracy, attention to detail, commitment to transparency;
• Opportunity to travel within the country;

Work schedule: 5 days, 09: 30-18: 30
