Vacancy: Sales Specialist

Position functions:

• Documentation of exported products, preparation of necessary documents, application and receipt (certificate of origin, invoices, CMR, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation act, veterinary certificate. Radiation certificate);
• Collection, verification and proper compilation of information on processed goods;
• Collection of quality indicators of processed goods;
• Compilation of excel by price and goods sold;
• Provide management with general information on innovations in processing and sales;
• Submission of documents for exported goods to accounting after completion;
• Sending export documents to customs places;
• Obtaining permits for imported drugs from AQTA;
• Adding the price of the goods to the 1C program;
• Preparation of customs documents and letters;
• To offer the price range of the product approved by the price commission, this price range with the customer;
• Proper sales operations;
• Proper preparation of sales documents;

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience. High level of oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
• Higher education (Sales and Marketing specialty is desirable);
• High communication, interaction and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work with information that requires confidentiality;
• Planning and organization;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), 1C;
• Know sales technicians;
• High presentation skills;
• Ability to solve problems in the field of sales;

Work schedule: 5 days, 09: 30-18: 30
Salary will be determined on the basis of knowledge and skills on the basis of interview.
