Research and Development (R&D) Specialist

MKT-PC LLC (Cotton Enterprise) is looking for a Research and Development (R&D) specialist.

Requirements:

1. 1 year of relevant professional experience and bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Management, etc.) or 3 years of relevant professional experience and master's (MBA) degree.
2. Experience in conducting research in the agricultural sector.
3. Ability to work as part of a highly disciplined team.
4. Experience coordinating meetings, working groups, or large groups of people with different opinions.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to manage conflicts.
7. Ability to work under stress.
8. The company has experience in conducting research on foreign or international technologies and practices.

Position functions:

1. Provide technical competence for innovation / demonstration processes and participate in the organization of demonstrations to ensure the delivery of annual targets;
2. Adhere to established protocols and techniques;
3. Manage devices and solve problems autonomously using multiple data sources;
4. Coordinate work within a large group by prioritizing;
5. Execute instructions regarding third party reports;
6. Keep detailed records and keep required documents;
7. Be able to adhere to safety and security protocols and best practices;
8. Initiate data analysis and track and report on any issue, as well as interpret and develop new KPIs / metrics to identify development opportunities;
9. Solve medium and large-scale problems with team members in other functional laboratories;
10. To use special scientific methods to conduct experiments and improvements and to proactively identify areas of development;
11. Monitoring and applying best international practices in implementing process improvements;
12. Communicate and interpret the results of experiments, production KPIs, cost / benefit analysis, and innovation-related issues to partners and key stakeholders;
13. To ensure the continuous development of information flow by participating in formal and informal events to increase the level of activity;
14. To cope with difficulties, to insist on giving high quality results, to demonstrate problem-solving skills

Work schedule: 5 days, 09: 30-18: 30
