Vacancy: Lawyer (Barda Branch)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of lawsuits, appeals and submission to the courts;
• Representation in court proceedings;
• To organize the execution of judicial acts in accordance with the law;
• Participate in relevant meetings with problem farmers, negotiate with them and participate in the payment of debts;
• Know and apply civil, labor and administrative legislation;
• Follow changes in legislation;
• To render necessary legal assistance to the branches (points) to which it is attached, to protect the interests of “MKT IK” LLC and its branches, to negotiate with state bodies, legal entities and individuals, to provide legal assistance to the employees of the branch;
• To submit reports on the work done to the head of the Department and the lawyer performing the control function of the department, to execute their instructions.

Requirements:

• Between the ages of 25-45;
• Excellent knowledge of the Azerbaijani language;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (word and Excel);
• Knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in civil, licensing, labor and enforcement, including procedural law;
• Ability to work with government agencies;
• Ability to work in a team.

Work schedule: 6 days, I - V days 09: 00-17: 00, Saturday 09: 00-15: 00.
