Rovshan Hasanov noted that this year MKT Production Commercial has planted wheat on 1,816 hectares, barley on 762 hectares, cotton on about 50,000 hectares and work has begun in this direction. 4235 hectares of which are equipped with pivot irrigation system, which is a modern and efficient irrigation system.
A contract has been signed with 8,700 cotton farmers to plant 40,500 hectares, and the process is underway. 42,000 hectares were plowed, 16,000 hectares were cleared, and farmers were given more than 2 million manat in advance. Separate technological maps have been prepared for all regions.
500 tons of fibrous, 1035 tons of fiberless high-reproduction cotton seeds were supplied and the demand was fully met. Five thousand tons of ammonium nitrate, 952 tons of urea fertilizer were supplied, in addition 3,500 tons of ammonium nitrate, 4,000 tons of ammophos fertilizer and 138 tons of plant protection products were ordered.
MKT Production Commercial LLC currently serves farmers through 6,146 machines and equipment, including 188 combines, 802 tractors, 5,156 trailers and equipment for various purposes. I want to note that our agro-technical base is fully formed to provide timely and high quality services to farmers.
It is planned to supply raw cotton at 24 receiving points and process it at 13 ginning plants. The company's stations and plants were overhauled last year, and the process is nearing completion.
“Our society is expected to collect 120,000 tons of raw cotton from the fields at an average of 24 quintals per hectare this season. It is projected to receive 48,000 tons of cottonseed, 60,000 tons of raw materials, 2,000 tons of by-products from the processing of raw cotton, 7,000 tons of refined cottonseed oil and 42,000 tons of cottonseed from the processing of raw cotton.
