"MKT IK" LLC held another voluntary blood donation campaign with the slogan "Give Blood, Save Life".
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Eid al-Adha, as in previous years, "MKT İstehsalat Kommersiya" held a voluntary blood donation campaign under the slogan "Give Blood, Save Life" together with the Central Blood Bank within the framework of the Corporate Social Responsibility project.
As it is known, thalassemia patients in our country are in great need of donor blood. The employees of "MKT Ishtishalat Kommersiya", including the managers, operating in the regions have been voluntarily participating in blood donation drives for several years and supporting those who need blood. The main goal of the said action is to help protect the health of children suffering from Hemophilia and Thalassemia.
The current such event took place on June 24, 2023 at the Imishli branch of "MKT IK" LLC. Employees of "MKT IK" LLC and some farmers took part in the voluntary action.
The event was carried out under the full supervision of a special medical team sent by the Central Blood Bank and in appropriate conditions created for voluntary donors. Hematologists of the special medical brigade of the Central Blood Bank took blood from the donors after checking their health status. The collected blood samples will be collected in the Central Blood Bank after being checked in a special laboratory.
At the end of the event, the employees of the company's marketing department were presented with a certificate of "THANK YOU" by the National Hematology and Transfusion Center and the Central Blood Bank for their active participation and support in the organization of the blood donation of "MKT İstehsalat Kommersiya" LLC.
